So here i am again, trying to promote some swedish metal bands Very Happy ... this time its Raubtier´s turn..
So here are some info then:
Raubtier (German: carnivoran/predator) is a Swedish industrial metal band from Haparanda. They came up with the name from the movie Predator. In 25 March 2009 they released their first album "Det finns bara krig" ("There is only war" in English). However, their first single "Kamphund" had already become a hit on a Swedish radio station Bandit Rock 106,3. On september 22 the band released their second album: Skriet från Vildmarken (english = Call of the Wild).

All of their songs are written and performed in swedish, although several songs contain english and german words.

# Pär Hulkoff - vocals, guitar
# Buffeln - drums
# Gustaf Jorde - bass

and here are some songs:

This band is not that bad, i would give them a 6/10. My reasons:

Too many techno elements, i dont like it, it is not the metal way. You can have some techno elements, but to open a song with some gay disco music is just stupid (first song).

I havent listened to all the songs they have ever made, but i assume by listening to these 4 songs, all of there other songs would be the same. What im saying is that, the songs in some ways are very different to the next. The genre of music tends to change alot. If you are going to be a industrial metal band, then play industrial metal, not power metal and have one of your songs sound like one from Helloween.

The band only has 3 members, and yet they are a industrial metal band, where is the keyboard player? Without a keyboard player, this band will rely on computerized crap known as techno, which i hate, and other metal enthusiasts will as well.

Thanks for posting bizzare joke, always nice to hear a new metal band.
